Added class methods to get the default dictonaries path and the global user dictionaries path to the spell checker.

Reworked HelpWebSearchWidget to use the new E5ClearableLineEdit and to get rid of the no longer needed internal layout item.

• Reworked HelpWebSearchWidget to use the new E5ClearableLineEdit and to get rid of the no longer needed internal layout item.

Added a line edit widget with an internal clear button to E5LineEdit.py.
